Default Plenum bolt torque

'93 SC400 1UZ
I'm re-installing both upper and lower intake plenums on engine with new gaskets on both. Can anybody furnish the FSM bolt torque (and the nut torque since both are used). I presume that both nut and bolt torques are the same since they are the same size fasteners. I'm also guessing the tightening pattern is the traditional center-out and to be done in a couple of steps. Please correct me if wrong.

They're all 13 ft-lbs, as I recall.
