Default alternative parts sources (other than dealers)

I'll be refreshing a 1UZ motor from my parts car. Water pump, timing belt, valve clearances, seals, gaskets etc.

My friend in Vancouver has managed a discount from the dealer. He went online, got parts quotes and asked for a price match, with the promise to buy all his parts from the dealer. The dealer parts manager agreed. This deal was struck several years ago and is still in place. The US dollar was close to par with the Canadian dollar at the time (I'm in Canada)

I just got quoted on filters, exhaust gaskets, valve shims, etc for a hefty amount. I want to get alternative pricing and present them to the local parts manager and try to strike a deal. I'll be going through a lot of parts to refresh the spare motor.

My friend suggested Conicelli Toyota in PA. I would order and have shipped.

I recently got a rad from RockAuto but their inventory of SC parts is pretty thin.

Any other cheap(er) parts sources out there?
