Question SC300 Aftermarket Subs

hey I bought me an aftermarket jl audio subs it doesn't fit down the rear deck sub how would I fit this without shaving any metal or anyway to get it atlesst in that location

Only shallow subs fit the location. It's been covered in numerous threads...

If you're dead set on making a deeper sub fit, there's only one solution and it's pretty obvious: raise it up. You'll need to fabricate a raised mount, then decide what to do about the parcel shelf and sub cover.

I would just get a shallow mount sub.

Yeah, only shallow mount subs fit, and I had to cut a lot of the shelf away to get the sub to fit. It's super close to the fuel tank. The best solution is to build a new mount and raise the sub up, but I was being stubborn in that moment because I wanted it to look oem. lol
