Default Engine hesitation TIA

So i had just bought my 95 lexus sc400 a day before it started messing up on me, the car used to jerk at shofts but added atf and now shifts great now i am having problems with it having an inaccurate reading when flooring gas, theres times i hear the rev louder amd the car doesnt move as fast as it sometimes does any ideas? Needs tune up? Car also has vacuum leak that i am aware of

does or does not have ?

if it does .. resolve that first cause it messes how your engine runs.
