Default Smokey turbo, Smokey exhaust

Hey everyone got a small issue from what I think and need some input or suggestions. I have a 1995, SC300 with the stock 2JZ-GE, with a single barring turbo from ETS. I've been having overheating issues and blew my radiator. I recently put in a new one but didn't resolve my overheating problem. I noticed that the turbo is burning white smoke more toward the back of the turbo, and at idle it does fine and doesn't burn unless I drive it for a minute. Also there is a lot more white smoke coming from the exhaust then it usually should. I have a few ideas on what it could be but would love to hear from someone else! Thanks guys.

I doubt leaky seals in the turbo will be the cause of your overheating issue you still have. If the smoke is from the turbo seals (should be easy to tell by the smell of it; coolant has a "sweet" smell), I would suggest resolving the overheating issue first.
