Default Alnternator Not Charging issue

Hello, I have a 92 SC300, when I bought the car alternator was bad. Took it in they said bad alternator. Bought a brand new alternator, but still not charging.
I have checked: the 120amp mega fuse, changed the alternator plug, no corrosion’s, battery is in perfect working condition as I checked with two batteries. When running battery reads under the 12v (11.25)

Am I missing something here? At this point I’m at a loss. Any advice, I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

There is a 7.5 amp fuse in the driver side kick panel you need to check. this could be your issue. Pull the cover and look for the fuse it says alt. or charging system or something like that.

I checked all the kick panel fuses, all good. Still no charge.
I’ll check to see if I’m getting the same volts on the power cable of the alternator to the battery, to see if they match when I get a chance. I’m stumped.

Check your battery cables for corrosion, damage or loose connections.

After all the checks, I decided to take off the brand new alternator and test it at autozone.
results...FAIL. Turns out it was the alternator after all, jimminy crickets!
