Lower control Arm bushing stopper question
Just when I'm about complete with replacing my front lower control arms, I realize the passenger side has an extra piece that I didn't install on the driver side. After some brief research, I found it to be a bushing stopper (part below highlighted in green). Do you guys know if this part is necessary for our lower control arms?
If necessary, what is the best way to lower the bolt ends of the LCA without removing everything. I just need clearance to slip the stopper in.
Side info - I'm using Supra LCA on My SC not pushed in bushings. Also, I didn't see the stopper on the driver side since it was destroyed upon removal - the bolt was seized and had to saw it off.

failing to use the piece will introduce movement (bad).
put a jack under the ball joint end to support and remove both k member end bolts, lower, install and bolt back up.
I'd lather anti seize on the bolt shanks and threads so you won't have to cut next time.
