1jz vvti swap

what are the basics needed to swap a 1jz vvti into a jeep cherokee xj 4.0L Auto trans?
I prefer to keep the 4x4 option.
What are the parts needed?

phew..... where do even start. Do some research on this cool guy. It's been done but you're looking at a lot of work to make it run correct.
