1992 SC300 Cali M/T ECU?

I am looking to do a manual swap on my car right now (1992 Cali spec SC300) so I am in the process of collecting parts.

I was searching for the correct ECU and came across this auction on eBay with the correct part number.

Has anyone used them before? I noticed they have 10 available. I find that hard to believe to be honest.

If anyone here has a cali spec MT ecu please lmk!
