Question Help! No Speedo

I've been bashing my head trying to fix this problem and have turned here! Help! I have replaced the speed sensor, I have checked the 3 wires multiple times, I checked that the one wire the has power and it read 12 volts. Finally, I have changed the cluster with two spares I have, I have changed the speedometer motor in the cluster with the spares. I have even pulled the speed sensor and turned it by hand and power tool while the car is running and still no joy! Acording to the schmatics, this is the entire system! Is there a peripheral part/system in the speedometer system that I didn't see that somehow effects the speedometer that I don't know about?

Thanx for any feed back

If not does anyone know if there is an aftermarket system that will work with this cluster?

Thanx
