Default could this be signs of a bad syncro?

when i drive fast and shift really quick i hear a pop and it sort of feels like i hit something then it goes into gear. it isn't like this when i drive slow though. it happens the most when shifting from 2nd to 3rd.

the only way to tell for sure is go to a transmission shop or Lexs dealer and have that inspected.
To me, sounds like it is time for a new clutch or if it is non-hydraulic, a cable adjustment

Need more info......
frequency
conditions
car hot/cold, etc
