Each is located on the intake side of the engine under the intake manifold. One near the front and one near the back. They aren't easy to see to get to. They require a deep socket to remove.

Do you have the factory SC300 TSRM PDF?

It would be much easier to remove the upper intake manifold, because of the location of the sensors so far under there, it’ll be also easier for you to install the new ones on!
here is a pic for reference with top removed, you’ll be able to get to your sensors

I believe those are your front and rear knock sensors and you can buy those from Toyota for a ( n/a Supra) (recomend toyota) from year to year the sensor connectors are different.
Your other option is to source another sc in the junk yard and pull it off, they’re usually a couple of dollars.
Depending what mechanic works on it, it can take a couple of hours at max, working from the bottom is a little easier I think!

^^ This!

Also, OP, just fyi the new Toyota early replacement knock sensors are P/N 89615-22030. 1998-00 should be 89615-12090. Highly recommend only the Toyota sensors be they new or used. About $160-180 MSRP each but you can get them much cheaper from Amayama.
