Default Sc300 headers system too rich

1997 Lexus SC300 2jzge non vvti
I have installed headers and I keep geting
system too rich and malfunction 02 sensor bank 1 and 2.

There connected are good

New Oem sensors
I used 45mm 02 sensor spacer and still black smoke
I used these 55mm 02 sensor spacer and same results nothing worked out
Is there any solution to fix the check engine?

I would try without the spacers.

Are you sure you have the right screw in type O2 sensors?

1 wire obviously?

I've got 2 1 wire o2 sensors left from when i was were your at. before i went tt ecu mod and turbo power.

The part number on mine is :
0 258 986 501

I'm pretty sure its a bosch lamda sensor. I can send you them both if you want them.

I'm using 4 wire heated o2s now

If your 02 sensors are BEFORE the catalytic converter like shown in the picture, than I second the idea of ditching the spacer. It's any oxygen sensor after the (now absent w/the new header) catalytic converter that need to be spaced out.
