I have the pioneer unit, how do you know which pin is for the left/right channel? I assume this is the connector you're thinking about. I was considering soldering the output wires of a bluetooth receiver to the wires of this futaba plug. I'll also attach a photo from O. L. T. If you'd be able to point out which pin is for what channel using that photo for reference. Also for reference I have no cd changer, so I'll have to use a dummy tape

From the pictures I shot of my old Pioneer head unit's aux-in mod I think the out-most pin is Channel Left and the middle pin is Channel Right while the pin farthest into the logic board is Ground.

I recall that I had to test this out on a workbench before finalizing my soldering. I haven't done it since 2010 though.

for some reason i remember ground being middle but i could be wrong. There was a picture somewhere that showed which is which. I would recommend getting the connector instead of soldering. It will likely only cost a few dollars. Also a dummy tape would cause a very low static when played so keep that in mind. You should still be able to hit the cd key on your head unit and have it show an error.
