Default How do I add back cruise control if I don't have a Clock spring anymore?

So long story short I have a 1997 sc400 with an aftermarket NRG steering wheel (not my choice bought it like that I would have kept the stock one) and the one who installed it seems to have gotten rid of the clock spring.

What I am wondering is has anyone had to deal with this and found a solution to this problem.

Or alternatively does anyone have the pinout for that specific clock spring so I can get a switch online and try and match up the wires.
