alright so im looking to manual swap my sc im trying to run a parts list and learn all what i would have to do and good donors to find transmissions

OP - Welcome to the forum . There are so many options for you for a manual swap . You will havec to determine the purpose of the car meaning how it will be use and how much power you are looking to get into . Those will dictate the kind of parts you should get for your manual swap .
