Plastic rod clip (door does not open from inside or outside).

Lexus dealer told me I can’t buy the plastic clip instead I need the whole handle assembly. Is this correct?

100% incorrect. You can buy bags of the clips on ebay for pennies.

sounds like they wanted to get your money. I purchased the clips from Lexus before for the pass and driver doors. PN 69293-12040 is for the driver outside handle. and i believe 69293-12041 is for the passenger side.

Inside door handle does not work

Hi. Yes, I just fixed the outside door handle with the yellow plastic clip. Originally, both inside and outside did not work, now only the inside does not work. Any thoughts on fixes? Thanks.
