SC400 idling at 3000 rpm HELP
I just bought my 92 SC a couple months ago and it just started idling at 3000 rpm. I cleaned the throttle body and replaced the spark plugs and wires. Didn’t fix it. Sometimes its a high idle other days it’s around 500 and choppy. The check engine light is on sometimes and I did the paper clip scan trick and it’s throwing a code 31. I see this issue is common so does anyone know what it is?
