Help! Car runs rough only when cold and runs fine after Sc400
My 94 Sc400 runs very rough when cold and runs flawlessly after it warms up. The car only has 155k. I’ve never tried to read codes on a pre OBD2 Car but I used a jumper wire and I believe it was code 21 which should be o2 sensor but wouldn’t the car still run rough once it was warm if the o2 sensor was bad? Thanks.
