Default Slight stall on acceleration

Slight stall when accelerating. Power flat, then kicks in. What might this be?

You'll have to be much more specific, and start by stating what car you have? SC300 or 400? Year? Auto or manual? Any mods? How long have you had it? What maintenance have you done to it? When did the problem start? Is the problem only there when engine is cold/hot/both? Have you done any diagnosis at all?

If it's a SC400, my guess would be ignition coils. Beyond that, there's not much point wasting time guessing until more details are provided, as emLEX said.

Seven years since registering and the first post, wow.

1993 SC400, automatic, all original. 160K. Owned since new. Flattens out briefly on acceleration.

I'm sticking with "ignition coils."

How many miles ago have any of the typical maintenance items been replaced?

Spark plugs?
Ignition wires?
Distributor caps and rotors?
Air filter?
Fuel filter?
Vacuum hoses?

As mentioned, have your ignition coils ever been replaced?

Really can't help you much without as many details as you can tell us. There's a lot of things that can cause issues.
