I don't know if either side is still in stock with Toyota but yes, I'd recommend ebay or a junkyard. All 1992-1997 2JZ-GE Non-VVT-i valve covers are the same. If you pick up an old set of them, take them to a local shop (or shops) that will sonic clean them, then media blast and powdercoat them. They'll be like brand new parts from the dealer.

I know that at least one of the 2JZ-GTE Non-VVT-i valve covers has been discontinued at this point. Generally these old valve covers hold up over time and can be reconditioned.

Just change the gasket? the valve cover itself should be fine unless you overtightened one of the bolts and cracked a part off which can happen.

^^ Ali is right. Usually it's just the gaskets themselves that can leak with extreme age. In the TSRM it states the valve cover bolts with little rubber infused washers are tightened in inch-pounds, not foot-pounds. You don't want to over-tighten them. You can pick up an appropriate Pittsburgh 1/4 drive inch-lbs torque wrench at any Harbor Freight for about $20.
