Default Where does this plug go?

Currently installing a ffim and can’t seem to find where this plug goes and the car won’t crank. It branches off the harness along with the knock sensor wire.
I hope it goes to the starter, but I can’t check because I injured my neck working on this pos.

That looks suspiciously like the early style flat plug that goes into your early style (1992-1994 SC300's usually) starter. Check it to make sure there isn't a receptacle on it that isn't plugged in.
