My 1995 SC400 has a no crank no fuel pump situation after doing the fender harness relocation. All fuses are good, good battery voltage. All connectors are plugged in, EFI main relay replaced and fuse looked good. Found I was getting power to the starter relay but no clicky clicky so I replaced the starter relay but to no avail. The car should be running I thought. Everything is powering up as normal aside from the Fuel pump ECU not getting 12v. Took apart everything I touched, studied every wire for insulation breakdown. Everything looks mint so I put it all back together. Now I’m thinking I freaked out one of the computers disconnecting the Ig switch and everything else? Has anyone had this issue before. I’ve seen where people get a no fuel problem and still cranks but not fuel and starter both simultaneously.

 

Was the harness relocation purely preemptive or did it get eaten and short out first?
