Default seems like a leak..

I left the car parked in the same spot for 2 weeks(had my dash sent to onelasttry. thanks again! looks great!) didn't start the car or anything.... Just moved the car away from the spot... and I found a small pool or this redish fluid... definitely not the power steering pump... definitely not the radiator.... it was right smack middle under where the engine would have been..... tranny pan gasket? what ya think?

check the filler tube gasket at the bottom ,the the pan gasket,............. then every other gasket

tranny fluid is a bad thing to leak...... if you have a leak where a vacuum is present it can suck air back and produce airation. (bubbles)

Hey VSsc400 I am almost 100% sure that ur rear main seal is leaking. Do a search for REAR MAIN SEAL and all the info would come up, there are even some pics of where the car is usually leaking from and how to replace it. But good luck b/c having that seal replaced means having to R & R the whole tranny.

How funny........I'm currently having the same problem dude....and its driving me nuts.......I think it is, in fact, the rear main seal. I'm going to fix this problem soon.

Mine leaks a bit of red tranny fluid when I leave it parked that long... usually when it's jacked up. However mine drips off the back of the pan, so it's about right under the handbrake. I'd suggest get under there and see if the pan is covered in fluid. If so I believe it's just a FIPG seal.

If it's way up front, I'd think power steering fluid dripping off a line. In the middle somewhere, front of the tranny...
