No CEL with key on , engine off,No start

All of these fuses have been verified via multimeter and appear to have good connections underneath the underhood junction box. Driver side and passenger side cam sensors test within spec, 1105 and 1085 respectively. Whats next gents ? 😔

Interesting development, with no cel key on, and i force the car to start via jumping the starting relay it runs horribly......exactly the same as I unplugged my afm while it was still running. Coincidence? The service manual is a little vague about resistance testing the afm, shows the connector but actually shows the multimeter probes on the afm prongs themselves in a specific negative positive orientation.....in which case mine fails miserably. Reverse the leads and the result gets better .....but still well out of specification. Any chance a dead maf will cause no cel on startup? Someone go unplug theirs real fast and check 🤣🤣. Just trying to provide information as I get it,irrelevant or not. Thanks guys.

Unplugged sensors dont cause a no cell. A short or melted internal sensor can for example if a positive wire was exposed touching a ground it could cause the weird problems. have inspected the cam and crank wires? Also you can start the car and start unplugging sensors one by one if there is no change that sensor isnt working properly

is it a shop or friend or what? see if you can try it in their car a few times. if its a shop and the ecu works fine in their car consistantly then try to get parts from it.. Also did you check the 2 plugs/wires by the front fuel injector on the driverside and the IACV wires?

I did not check those. Im assuminf just looking for frayed wiring ? I did a pretty good look over this morning when I pulled the fusebox up. Was really hoping to find anything really.
