Auto engine harness in a Manual car

Default Auto engine harness in a Manual car

so i bought a auto 2jzge auto engine harness to restore it and do the things i need to do for my gte ecu swap. bought a new harness bc i didn't like the way i wired up my car the first time. reloomed the new harness and deleted things i didn't need. Anyways wanted to double check is there anything i need to look out for using an auto harness in a manual. far as i know everything should work just one plug i don't need for the auto trans.
