Alright guys! Got a bunch of parts in to get my swap started. I was lucky and found a guy on eBay that was selling the entire Collins swap kit, delivered to my door for 1k, I didn’t have any luck finding a good Ka transmission locally so I had to order a jdm unit which costed me 700 bucks, I did find some local trannys, but they were in questionable condition which I didn’t want to deal with. still... 1700 bucks is under my total swap budget. Early Christmas gift all in all it came with everything needed to make the swap. The clutch kit is used, but looks to be in really good shape. I’m gonna send it and see how it goes.

Looks like someone had previously modified the adapter plate to fit a different transmission? Either way it still works for the Ka transmission.
