Autoline reman is probably what I would go with. WAI also known as World Distributor is a decent brand I've used them before but it doesn't look like they make one for your car. What's wrong with yours? Can it be repaired?

I still recommend OEM. P/N 19100-46011 (same for all non-VVT-i 2JZ-GE and also JDM Non-VVT-i 1JZ-GE engines).

Try MyLParts or... try Amayama and see what their shipping from Japan currently works out to. Just don't use Japan Surface Mail as it takes a long time and may not be reliable. Fedex, UPS or DHL only. If they currently offered the EMS shipping option I'd highly recommend that.

For an aftermarket brand reman distributor I agree with Lexus2000 about the Autoline unit over the other choices. But I'd still try to find a good price on an OEM new unit before that.

Same with the cap and rotor: stay with OEM for those. Denso aftermarket for the plug wire set.

Why do you need a new distributor? the one you have is the best one you can get more or less.
Unless it is internally leaking which is more rare, just remove it and replace the o-ring on the end which will stop the oil leak, and when the oil is gone the misfires will go away also.
You will have to pull the distributor out to change it anyways, so just go ahead and pull it and clean everything, put on a new oring, and stab it back in there already.
Note when stabbing the dizzy back in, it helps to turn it a tooth back as it turns forward some when pushing it into the head.

I mean you wouldn't just change your engine if it is leaking... right?

It is leaking on the top of the Distributor, maybe it needs a new seal (before the o ring).

Distributor leaking internally is not uncommon, for the SC looks like the only option is replacement can't find rebuild kits for it.

Part number(s)? I don't mean the O-ring I'm talking about the internal oil seal and bearing.

Lexus2000 on a SC things are a little different. On a 7mgte it is common to leak internally, but on a 2jzge it is a plastic piece inside that is not adjustable and it does not leak that often.
The 7m units are rebuildable with a seal and bearing on the inside, the 2jzge are throw away units if that happens.
sometimes the 2jzge inside plastic part can crack and cause misfires but not as common for it to leak inside on these units.
from the picture it looks like it is the regular o-ring that is leaking where it goes into the head, which is common.
If it is actually leaking from inside the unit, then I would look for another replacement one probably a used good condition if possible.
OP can also do the cap and rotor at the same time, but the issue is probably the o-ring that seats in the head, which usually pools up on the metal shield below it.

I went to a different Mechanic. He told me it's leaking on the shaft.

I had one that leaked internally and I couldn't find anything to repair so I went with a reman from one of the big box auto stores. Tried to get the car to run and found they had put the gear on 180 degrees out which wouldn't allow for proper timing. Swapped it out with another rebuilt unit and it has worked fine, but just proves the issues with buying reman stuff for critical items like the dizzy. Since then I have bought enough engines unfortunately that I have a few good ones laying around if the issue ever comes up again.
