I Have A 1995 Sc400 That I Got About A Week Ago.Car Had Been Sitting For A While,Was Told It Would Run .Got It Towed Home.Put A Battery In It ,Tried To Fire It Up.It Only Turns Over,I Checked Inside The Ecu And Noticed It Had Some Leaky Capacitors.Could This Be The Problem?Could Someone Please Help

 

Yes, that would do it..... Ive been waiting on capacitors myself... some are on a 30 week backorder, last I checked 1 week ago... Tanin sells rebuilt replacement ECUs, don't know if they are still rebuilding ECUs
