I Have A 95 Sc400 And I Noticed Today That Plugs 1,4,6,7 Arent Getting Spark While Plugs 2,3,5,8 Are Getting Spark.Could This Be The Distributor Cap On The Driver Side? And Would This Cause No Start?I Would Appreciate The Help

The coils are known to fail on the sc400, alot on the drivers side, some on the passenger side. So check the coil out first.
The cap and rotor in both distributors should be serviced eventually (timing belt job is a good time to do that as some covers have to come off) and could also be the cause but most of the time it is the coil.

second that. my '93 400 had coils go bad at around 220000 miles. replaced and they're fine.

The coils on these read all over the place. The sure way to test it is to disconnect one of the coil wires from coil to distributor (when the engine is not running so you don't shock yourself).
If the engine starts and runs the same, that was the bad one cause it wasn't doing anything. then replace that one.
If it won't start then you probably disconnected the good coil, so plug that one back in and disconnect the other coil and try again cause the other coil is likely the bad one then.
Sounds like you already narrowed it down to the drivers side coil though, so I would start by replacing that one.
Check out this thread I started in 2013 to keep track of sc400 coil failures.
