I need Lexus Part 25860-46110 Valve, Vacuum Switching, No.1 for my 1995 Lexus SC300. It is discontinued.

This appears to be a VSV mounted on the cross-over intake manifold, correct? It looks like it has something to do with the internal intake manifold butterfly valve control (Toyota's "AICS") actuation.

I just checked and indeed it is discontinued in the USA. Try ordering this VSV through Amayama Japan as it is still listed in their system, though that may only be because they have not yet tried to order it for a customer. You have nothing to lose by placing the order and trying.

Through Amayama, only use EMS shipping if available or Fedex. Japan Surface Mail is not a reliable option and takes far too long. They are a company that will order parts from Japanese dealers for overseas customers. Due to the covid epidemic their usual EMS shipping option was temporarily suspended. I don't know if they have made it available again yet.

Barring that, search in eBay and set up a search term alert for yourself. And make a WTB at in our CL Marketplace with SC300/400 and GS300 identifying parameters as well as a WTB ad on SupraForums > For Sale Sections > MKIV Parts Wanted.

Aside from the 1992-1997 SC300 the same VSV 25860-46110 is found on USDM 1993-1997 Toyota Supra Base / NA / Non-Turbo models. It is also found on all USDM and European 1993-1997 Lexus GS300 models with the same 2JZ-GE Non-VVT-i engine. Same naturally aspirated engine for all three cars.

This VSV apparently did not appear on JDM variants of the Non-VVT-i 2JZ-GE engines nor did it appear on European MKIV Supra Non-Turbo models.

That looks like the vsv for the fuel pressure regulator. It is there on most California emissions models 92-97 and also federal emissions models 96-97 I want to say.
