Default SC400 crank no start after cleaning IACV

Hey guys could use some help here... my 93’ SC400 started accelerating in drive without me giving it any gas. In neutral or park idle would jump between 1-2krpm. After doing research I figured it may be my iac or ecu. I pulled ecu and no capacitors were leaking. I pulled my iac and cleaned it. Once I put the ECU and IAC back in and tried to start it it turned over and died immediately, tried to start again and only cranks now.. I’ve gone through and tested my ignition coils and they seem to be fine. Everything is plugged in but I can’t get her to start.

Try cracking the throttle open about an 1/8 pedal & hold it while cranking. If it starts, stay w/ it holding the pedal open helping it idle for a few minutes until the temperature gauge starts to move. If it still won't idle after that, the IAC is dead & did not survive the cleaning.
