Default '99 SC300 will start, but immediately stall

I recently bought a 1999 sc300 and after a couple days of owning it it refuses to stay on. The previous owner swapped the trans so it's now a manual and removed abs so it throws a signal for both but was still able to drive.
After owning it for about two days I was driving and the car began lurching back and forth and eventually stalled out. My attempts to start it would get it to the point where it will idle but the rpm would always trickle to the point of stalling itself out

I assume you have checked the normal culprits of maf, fuel pump ecu, tps, etc? Unplug maf to see if it acts differently. Do the jumper wire on fuel pump ecu. Just suggesting the easiest stuff first.
