Gas tank hissing

So recently in my 95 sc400 I’ve been hearing hissing from my gas tank area and I’m not really sure where exactly it’s hissing from, any help will be appreciated

Have your gas cap checked... thats the only hissing i have ever heard... unless you have a bass system and its touching a ground or other wiring causing a constant hiss

If you mean when you open your gas cap, that is normal on a hot day, the evap system is doing its job.
If it is just happening with the cap on, then yeah that could be a problem.
