Default 1992 sc400 no start

I have a mind puzzler to me and need help. I have Bought in 1992 Lexus SC 400 and it will not start I took it to a shop they said it was the ECU.replaced ECU it ran for a little bit while I was driving it started to stutter and then shut off now it won’t start or turn on I change the ignition coils ,spark plugs, spark plug wires, crank sensor and I swapped out the igniters with used pair from the junkyard and still no start or spark
turn over very strong just wont start.
They gave me paperwork yesterday saying that someone was suppose to give me it but it said pin 3 i guess burned out the last ECU and i need replace sensor but i dont know what it goes to please help.

damn!! my bad leaving you hanging.... fuel resistor is in the back driver side below the window... you can search fuel ecu bypass mod and see what they do.. I made a jump wire which ended up burning up so I plugged it back in with no issues, because I was troubleshooting random idle issues.. ground is behind the engine passenger side and the other is drivers side toward the front...
