Exclamation Frame repair and Engine overhaul

Hello CL, I recently got into an accident with a curb which just managed to hit my driverside front tow hook, bringing the rest of the frame down with it. I've attached pictures showing the damage along with the folded frame rail.
First of all, Is this repairable at a regular garage without any specialized frame equipment? If not, how much would it usually be to professionally have it repaired with similar damage? The bend seems to just reach to around the middle of the front fender. Insurance wasn't called due to not wanting the car to be totaled, and the insane used car prices currently, this seemed to be the best bet, especially if trying to find an SC in a similar condition to how mine was.
Second, my friends and I have agreed that I should just pull the motor while I have everything taken apart to fix the frame If I do attempt it. I've got a leak in my Front Crank seal so I will be doing a full timing belt service with water pump and tensioner, and a new PS pump as mine is leaking, is there anything else that should be replaced as preventative maintenance while I'm there? 121k Miles.

How that is and can repaired greatly depends on the shop doing it. Some will pull the metal out, remove sections via drilling out the spot welds, straighten and weld back. Other shops will insist on replacing all the damaged metal with new or from a donor car. A repair like that can take 20+ hours.

You'd be lucky to find a shop that can do work at this level. Some will tell you straitening metal instead of replacing weakens the structure of the car, technically true but by how much is hard to say. I personally don't think it makes a meaningful difference.
