Default 98+ Valve Cover Gasket Replacement

I have been searching for a tutorial on how to change the valve cover gaskets for the 98+ models but keep finding either LS/GS tutorials or pre 98 SC tutorials.

Im sure i could figure it out with these existing tutorials but I wanted to see if anyone knew of a good write up for the later SCs.

There aren't may write-ups on '98-00 in general. People frequently say to follow the GS/LS guides, as they have more of a user base for the vvti engine, and most stuff will be the same.

Update: I took apart most of the surface level hoses and wiring to get to the valve covers, Except the wiring harness for the coils/injectors is still connected to a plastic inlet on both sides of the engine. I believe both sides of the wiring connect to eachother in the middle of this plastic inlet and I cannot figure out how to get the wiring disconnected/loose enough to make room for removing the valve covers.

Any tips?
