the engine is 96 JDM 2jzgte with little more engine displacement
I am using haltech E11 version 2 for the engine mannagement.
angel.. I will be at beaver run?( I dont know who to spell it) some new track at the PA.. we will be there on nexts weekend for the sccs race.. we might bring my car up there with us...

Dude, if you are talking about Beaver Springs, good luck! That is where I went. The line is on an incline, so be prepared to be holding your e-brake at the line while trying to watch the light and make your launch perfect. Also, they are 2 MPH and .2 tenths slower than other local tracks ... as said by the owner of the track. The hardest part is concentrating on NOT drifting back while watching the light ...

well angel we are going to a PA for the sccs stock car( circuit car)( nascar) which ever you prefer.
this is last race for this season and we are currently 2nd of whole group.... sop we try to win of course!!
MONSTER. I wont foget about the plug...
John.. I was using FconVrpo.. and I still does.. but our new company has access to the haltech and they send us a one to try it out on my engine...
so far so good,, I had solfware problem and what not.. but overall it is not bad. I kinda like it..
I might put the Fconvpro back on it with my harness and race turbo.. but for now.. I will just drive around with T88H with some stall speed converter
at street..
P.S here is a pic of the 1.5j goes into the 2002 IS 300 next month..

in japan... alot of car come with 1jz, which is 2.5L. there is single turbo version and twin turbo version of the 1jz...depands on year..
anyway.. doing 1.5jz... if you already have 1jz in your car.. the block on 1jz and 2jz is interchangeable..
which you can just swap the bottom end on 1jz and use the 2jz block without rewire much wire on the car.... because most of wiring is comming from head.. there is a few wires on block(such as knock and oil pressure. so on)
well make this short.. by doing 1.5j is the quickest way to gain engine displacement on your car...
on this particular engine we got. it has built head with 272 cams. and forged piston and rods...
I will put streight 2jzgte on it if it wasnt buited lke it is....
well some poeple might say 1jz is not a reasonable swap because you cant get spare parts on 1jz because there is no 1jz was ever made......
However.. I have enough parts at the shop where he can break anything on the car and I have a parts for it...
so
I hope this will help

The body kit is made by JIC...
I am pretty sure you can get it in from import fan.
I just received the CF hood on my car.. and I will take a pic of it tomorrow and install tomorrow to see how it looks...
