Default SC300/Supra MKIV muffler on Soarer?

Good Morning,

I've been searching but I can't quite seem to figure it out:

I know a (USDM?) Supra MKIV exhaust will fit on an SC300 with minor modifications. What about a Soarer?

Specifically, I'd like to fit this on my Soarer: Tanabe Revel Medallion Touring-S Exhaust 93-98 Toyota Supra - https://www.driftmotion.com/Tanabe-R...4-p/dm3476.htm

Below are some pics of what my underbody looks like. These pics were taken a awhile ago - everything is hooked up now. I have a blitz downpipe, and what appears to be a catback ZSS exhaust.

Thank you for all for your insight!

The exhaust systems are exactly the same on 1991-2000 Z30 Toyota Soarers and 1992-2000 Lexus SC300/400's so anything that will fit an SC will also fit a Soarer and vice versa.

You will however have some issues since the MKIV Supra exhaust system is not quite as long as it is on an SC/Soarer. Also the hangers are in different locations and would have to be removed, relocated and re-welded to the correct locations needed for an SC/Soarer.

For what it's worth, a factory USDM Supra MKIV TT front cat pipe (bolts right onto the stock twin turbo exhaust collector) and stock USDM Supra MKIV TT factory catalytic convertor #2 under-pipe both bolt right up to the rest of an SC300's factory exhaust system. The same would be the case with a Soarer's factory exhaust system. So in terms of the factory exhaust parts on all three cars there is interchangeability.

But... with aftermarket exhausts usually the entire system gets replaced after the factory cat #1 (or aftermarket downpipe) and that is where overall length differences will come into play in addition to mounting points for the hangers being different.

In the past I have seen people have little custom made bolt-up exhaust extensions made when fitting MKIV exhaust systems on SC's. The hangers do need to be moved/welded into new locations and I think a couple more hangers need to be added onto any MKIV exhaust to fit all the factory SC/Soarer underside chassis exhaust hanger points.
