Default Please Help — What is Wrong? (Video Attached)

Yesterday I finished a spark plug job, put some new NGKs in the 2jz, replaced the valve cover gaskets, cleaned up the inside of the valves etc. did an oil change with a new oil filter, new radiator, flushed coolant put new coolant, as well as a new power steering pump and pulley set up with a new serp. belt.

The engine was fine before, I was using it to daily but pushing down on the gas I’d get kick back for the first two gears it felt like until I really pushed it, I knew the spark plugs were dirty as hell and filled with oil so I decided to change them, now this is happening. Sounds like a rotor swapped engine, what is wrong? I have a feeling I misplaced vacuum lines but I can’t believe that having a couple wrong vacuum lines would make the engine idle and shake as much as it is. Am I wrong? Please any information would be of great service!

Hello,

Is the CEL on?
What's the year and mileage on the car?

If the car was working fine before, start with simple things - check that all the wires are secure and not misplaced, which is a common issue on those. After that, check that all the hoses are where they should be, there should be a vacuum diagram on the hood, also check all the electrical connections. Depending on whether the CEL is on or off, reading fault codes may also yield some useful information.

One other way you can try looking for vacuum leaks is by starting the car and plugging the intake, the car should die almost immediately, with no hissing sounds, if the car will keep running or there will be a distinct hissing sound, you have a vacuum leak somewhere. Considering that the car is running quite poorly, that method may not work out quite as expected, instead of plugging the intake fully, you can try covering it partially to see if the performance will improve.

Hope this helps and best of luck!

Make sure you didn't get your plug wires out of order. That will cause it to run very rough.
