Default 1uzfe Sc400 Loss of power

Hey in the last few months I've bought myself a 1992 Toyota soarer/sc400 1uzfe have been loving the car
with only a cat delete and done 17s on 255 tyres done by a previous owner but I've run into some issues rcently and can't for the life of me figure it out
I was on a back road drive when I Hurd a crunch which looking back at it now should have stopped to figure out then but I continued going as the car seemed to be running alright a couple ks later I was coming up to an uphill after slowing down to an almost stop and put my foot down the car was struggling to get to 40ks
I just said stuff it and continued as I was by my self and not far from home got home and found to be running on 4 cylinders did some research Wich lead me to ignition coil Wich didn't make a difference I then found info about the distributor rotors and found one had a couple cracks and the other in a million pieces replaced them and did a timing belt as it was due in the next 2-5 thousand ks
put it all back together and seemed to have fixed everything
then went for a test drive Wich I could only get to 30ks tops foot flat
I've looked around and done heeps of research and can't find anything like it any help would be appreciated I'm about to give up on her
Also done around 34*,*** ks
