Default 1UZ to CD009 collins adapter kit (Problem)

I am using the collins adapter kit on my car. The 1uz to CD009
I was able to mount trans close to engine like 2-3 mm off, but when I spun the crank, the output shaft end of trans spins (spline is lined up on input shaft to engine crank). But when I tighten bell housing bolts flush to engine I can no longer spin crank. What am I doing wrong? Is the input shaft too long that its hitting the crank end, casuing it to not spin?

Additional info:-
1. And yes I did install pilot adapter for the crank end.
2. I brought the transmission new from nissan, it is a CD4 #2.
3. Clutch is installed backwards, was told by a person that used the same kit and year model that I had to install it backwards (its a 1997).
4. I am using my U1 bellhousing for this swap (had to cut bell housing on cd009)
5. When I pulled auto trans out, engine is able to move a tad bit since its just supported by 2 engine mounts (hopefully this is relevant)
6. Did message collins about it but they're not even responding 😒
If anyone had this similar problem or has the same swap kit, please give me advice of what to do next. Help a fellow SC 400 out

You did not mention if the transmission was in gear or neutral. If it is in gear I do think you are going to spin it. Good luck

Sorry I meant to say you are NOT going to spin it if it is in gear.

Update:
I took off pressure plate & clutch to see if bellhousing will be flush to engine, it did line up perfectly meaning the input shaft is not long.
I am going to install clutch where the thicker side goes to the pressure plate and see if that helps.
my theory is, since the clutch was installed backwards (thicker side facing front of vehicle), more of the input shaft material was exposed causing the input shaft to seize crank. Now if I install it properly (where the thicker side is facing towards the back of the car) the input shaft wont hit the crank end.
hopefully this wording is understandable & my theory makes sense, afterall I could be wrong.
Wish me luck.

Update:
The trans is in and I can spin crank and the driveshaft will turn. Afterall the thicker side of the clutch has to face outwards.
Hopefully someone can respond to this last question I have. I was able to mount 9 out of the 10 bellhousing bolts to the engine, the top driver bolt is hard to install. The cd009 is tight in the tranny tunnel, I can't fit extensions above the cd009 unlike the A340E trans. I can hammer the tranny tunnel to make more space, but lazy at the moment. Am I able to run with 1 less bolt? Im not aiming for HP for this car, but I am going for a drift build.
