I don't think there is an aftermarket CARB legal intake with E.O. Number available for SC300's past the 1992-1995 model years. Injen has sold a design for years serving 92-95 SC300's (although you'd still want to construct an air isolator box or buy one intended for a Supra MKIV to keep hot engine bay air away from the cone filter.

Side note, even though it's not CARB legal for the SC300 the K&N #57-9004 that *is* CARB legal for 1992 MKIII & 1993-1995 MKIV Supras is a very bolt on affair for 1992-1995 SC300's and SC400's with the Karman Vortex MAFs. Although the usual cautions to not over-oil one of their filters applies just as much as it does for any car.

For 1996-2000 SC300's and also 93-98 Supra MKIV Non-Turbos (which never used the Karman Vortex MAF in the first place) never seemed to get any aftermarket intake option that was a CARB legal option. Injen made an aftermarket bolt-on intake for those cars for 1993-1995 models but never went through the CARB approval process for it.

....

You really won't gain much over stock from using an aftermarket intake anyway-- maybe 5hp or so but not on a very hot day if it is sucking in hot engine bay air somewhat directly without an additional isolator box. This is because the stock airbox system still does the best job of isolating intake air from the hot engine bay air. Additionally it has a fat & flat air snorkel built in right from the factory which is right under the passenger side headlight. That is its main source of intake air before it hits the air filter. It's a good design from the factory.

For maybe the same potential VERY modest gains you can get a K&N #33-2054 drop-in air filter that will work with your OEM air box. That is a CARB legal option for all 92-00 SC's.
