RMM Supercharged guys, I might have something for us!
OK, I know it doesnt look like much....but it could look like 20 to 30 HP. To be more explanatory, the 3.12 Vortech pulley only put out 7lbs of boost on my set up, which put me in the 370's for rwhp. The next size smaller pulley made by Vortech will put us at too much boost, well I guess I should say unchartered territory for us. After some research, I ended up getting this pulley custom machined to size and specs to fit the Vortech blower, and hopefully put my boost right at 8.5lbs.....which by the way is the amount of boost that SRT had their old SC systems pushing out. If I remember correctly, Mr Johnson is pushig 8.5lbs with rwhp in the low 400's.....429 if memory serves me. I know that SRT system was a different system than the Vortech, so Im not sure if the numbers will be the same, but I am hoping to have this land me over or within a few hp of 400 to the wheels.
The size of this pulley was an educated guess by a few different shops and manufacturers based on what the system was giving me with the last few step downs in pulley size. I have my fingers crossed that this will land right on 8.5lbs of boost. Im either going to be right where I want to be, or push too much boost...and hopefully not damage my engine.
I should be at SRT on Thursday to give it a test run on the dyno, by the way, I cant say enough about the tuning capabilities of SRT and their cusotm ECU...it worked out perfectly for me. If this works out like I am hoping for, I will be glad to forward the info to all of you with the RMM SC kit.....or maybe I will keep all of the HP to myself for braggin rights!!

C'mon man, just stop this, you are already 130rwhp ahead of us 'regular' GS400 guys, give us a chance to catch up before you go adding 30-40 more!! LOL j/k man, sounds like a worthwhile project!!

I definitely will ask Mo about a comparison....Im interested in the differnce in where the power comes in compared to yours.
by the way, I know I read in the past that you were using 440 injectors, do you also have an upgraded or additional feul pump? Im using 370's roght now with success, Im hoping they will flow enough for the next step...but Im wondering about the pump itself.
