hi.

i have been reading threads on this forum for a while and now i finally decided to join. i do have a few questions:

is the gs300 motor the same motor as the toyota supra motor?

if it is, can i buy the toyota supra motor with twin turbo and swap it in place of the gs300 motor?

if all above is true, is this a direct swap and has any one done this before?

For example, I put 'supra engine' in the advanced search and pointed it at the GS forums and found these threads (among many others).

the engine is the same as the NA engine on the supra. the tt engine on the supra tt (gte engine) is very different from yours and it would not be an easy swap at all

thanks for the replies..those links pretty much tell me that its too much work, more than what i expected.

now, when u guys says the 1998 gs300 has the same motor as the supra..what year is the supra?
