Didn't notice any major changes in the fuel mileage. Most of my driving is in city and depending on my right lead foot driving I would typically get 12.8 to 15.5 mpg. My main reason for getting the K&N filter is for the ability to wash it when dirty rather than to having to purchase a new expensive OEM paper filter each time. Any performance gain is a plus even though I think it is about 1 to 2 HP (too small to be felt).
