this might be a dumb question, but what type of gains would a gs300 see if the stock converter was removed?

You can't just remove it, and I've never heard of anyone upgrading the TC on a GS300, sorry.

Bit, I think he's talking about removing the catalytic converter.

EDIT or maybe not since the title says torque converter lol

Shadow, they do sell the aftermarket TC for the GS300, but I don't recall anyone posting about getting one although it wouldn't surprise me. The GS3 version is more expensive, I'll post a link to a recent group buy talking about it in more detail
