is the gs300 a v6 or inline 6 motor.
the badging for a JDM Aristo indicates V300.
Is this motor the same as the IS300 motor and supra?
Thanks

V300 is one of the trim levels of the JDM Aristo, correct
Yes, it's the same motor as the IS300 and non-turbo Supra, the 2JZ-GE. Differences for platform in exhaust, intake configuration. I don't believe the Supra had VVT-I though.

it's the i6, not v6. v6 only in es300 and rx300, not in the performance line. v300 is just a model for the tt version of the aristo in japan. the non-tt version i think it's the s300.
the motor in the is300 and gs300 are the same, they are the same as the supra non-tt engine. the supra tt has a different i6 engine, not the same. and it's not a direct swap neither, so they are not interchangeable.
the i6 on the gs300 and the is300 has vvti, but not on the supra i believe. however the tt engine in the v300 i think they have vvti?
