Default Leaking GS300 muffler?

I have 47K on my 2000 GS300 and as I was getting a new set of Toyo's, I noticed the seam around my passenger side muffler was starting to leak. ANy suggestions? Is this covered under warranty?

Hmmmm...no answer? The only time I know when I see mufflers leaking is when the ac is on.
That's all I know, sorry What's the color, type of liquid...coming out of the muffler?

It's clear and it's a gas. The front seam has split.
