Default installing S/C questions

what was the hardest part of the install ?

how do you take out injectors ?

i believe Pearlpower had to drill a hole is this true ?

what are some things you wish you had done differently

just post up anything on S/C here

The hardest part of the install for me was paying the $800 to the shop!

If drilling is involved, I think it's to tap the oil pan for oil for the supercharger.

If you plan on doing this yourself, make sure the pieces of metal don't end up inside the oil pan.

Drilling the oil pan is not required for the RMM install. They just utilize the oil sensor location and you lose the sensor.

The drilling required is to run the intercooler pipe.

im actually doing it right now drilled the hole for the S/C piping

no turning back now lol

ill post up some pics as i go along

for those with the SRT intake ...this is ECU wiring



this is where i drilled the hole for the pipe coming from the blower



bracket in place ....now im off to go continue ....things i need to

mount the blower

hook up the Intercooler piping

hook up the oil lines

injectors

and other litle odds and ends

waiting on the Greddy Emanage to come in

oh the best is yet to come

i have to try and rig a PS bracket

i didnt get one and when i asked for it they said it didnt come with their kit (this isnt towards you M.S......you came thru in a major way ...this is for the guys who took it off )

but what can you do such is life

have a couple of ideas ill post pics

like evryone says the directions are awful but thanks to Lee's pics i was able to really make some progress

ok well since i work for the town and we had snow i wasnt able to work on the S/C

but im back again and let me tell you ....i HATE doing injectors

the passenger side is easy but the drivers side what a *****

well im of to go work again be back later


heres some pics of the injectors stock vs 310cc injectors which i hate if i have to swap these out i might have someone do them
